In July we came all the way from Point Cook to see The Boogaloos 
and were not disappointed. What a fantastic band, great night. We loved them so much we returned again in August and had a fantastic night once again, they create a great pary atomosphere. Oh! enjoyed the pub also!

It was my first visit to the St Andrews last Saturday night.
We had a great meal and the band they had on (the Boogaloos) were absolutly fantastic!!!!!!
we will definatly be back when they are on again

My partner Carolyn and myself made a visit back to our old Pub a few months ago. So many beautiful, so many old friends gone... long live the St Andrews Pub.
I was amazed to see that some of our old hand made tables are still in good working condition. I was the Chef for my family when we rejuventated this old watering hole back in those days.
My gifts to the restoration of the Pub back in the late 1970's and early 80's were to dig out what is now the cellar... with a pick, shovel and an old wheelbarrow, and to restore the old oak bench in the public bar back to its original condition.
The restoration of this old Pub was a labour of love for the Savige family... love live the St Andrews Pub.

Ruckus Rock! A fantastic arvo on Sunday 2nd Sept.at the St Andrews Pub again. Love it - travel all the way from Narre to get my St Andrews fix - it's a must. Have not found a pub that matches it in Melbourne!

You have done a fantastic job with the web site...
The pub was a big part of my life as a kid between 1974 to 1982. Back then my family ran stalls at the market. We also had a hand made furniture shop and a health food store in Hurstbridge. My step father (Stan Egan) made some of the pub benches that can still be found around the place. Thanks for the web site and for doing such a good job with the pub....Steve

Hi Pub,
The St Angers Bangers basketball team has recently reformed after a couple of years in the wilderness. We play on a sunday night at Diamond Valley. After 4 losses we finally had a win last week.
